A strong core is essential. The core is the central glue of our bodies and a strong core helps to support and protect the spine and upper body, and therefore regulate your posture.

A strong core also represents a strong sense of passion and inner fire, confidence and ability to execute. If you feel like you lack in these areas, or have any issues in the small intestine, pancreas, spleen, gall bladder or stomach, work on strengthening the core as well as paying more attention to and working on your inner fire and the aspects mentioned above! Working with a healer, PK therapist, trauma specialist, shaman, plant medicine or therapist are great ways to dig a little deeper.
