Ahhhh this is such an awesome fact and a natural way to increase iron absorption from plant based iron such as: Legumes, Soybeans, Tofu, Tempeh, Chickpeas, Quinoa, Nuts and seeds, Swiss chard

This is of course assuming you have no absorption issues.

A lot of the time we eat or supplement with the right things but don't see changes due to not actually absorbing the micronutrients.
